The Association
The Classic Townhomes of West Park Village Association, Inc. is the homeowner's association for The Classic Townhomes.
The Association is governed by a Board of Directors, elected by the homeowners at their annual meeting each fall.
The Board of Directors contracts with an association management company, Greenacre Properties, Inc., to provide Property Management services and handle the day-to-day affairs of the Association.
The Board of Directors currently holds its meetings on an irregular basis, so keep an eye out for the meeting notice which must be posted 48-hours in advance of any Board meeting.
The notice is usually posted on signs around the neighborhood. Meeting minutes are posted on this web site.
Board meetings are for the Directors to conduct the business of the association according to a set agenda.
Homeowners are welcome to attend, but are not participants in the meeting.
The agenda for the regular Board of Directors meetings is prepared in advance.
If you have issues or items to be discussed by the Board, please contact the Board President to have your item added to the agenda.
The homeowners do participate in the Annual Meeting, held each fall. The homeowners elect Directors and vote in person or by proxy on any other items requiring homeowner approval.
