Meeting minutes

The Board of Directors currently holds its meetings on an irregular basis, so keep an eye out for the meeting notice which must be posted 24-hours in advance of any Board meeting. The notice is usually posted on signs around the neighborhood.

Board meetings are for the Directors to conduct the business of the association according to a set agenda. Homeowners are welcome to attend, but are not participants in the meeting.
